As I'm sure you're aware, with most other SEO companies I talk to some sales guy who qualifies me, then I have a conference call with the guy (probably the only guy) who knows something about SEO. What we don't do well

We've learned that trying to force a prospective client to fit into one of our products or services just doesn't work. We're not an agency so selling isn't our forte and we don't have a paid sales staff. If we're not a good fit for your business, we'll let you know and may refer you to someone in our network of trusted partners.

Requiring clients to sign long-term contracts is not our thing. Most engagements are month-to-month so that trust and collaboration are seeded to grow.
